Starting on Friday October 13th, we will offer WRESTLING for kids from 5 up to 14 years old.
Classes schedule will be:
Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7:30pm
Friday from 7 to 8:30pm
Cost of $80 for new students ($20 discount promotion)
And $60 for members ($20 discount promotion)

A little bio about coach Brian Williams:

Coach Williams wrestled for 3 years at East Avenue Middle School, 4 years at Livermore High and 2 years at Chabot College.  He was team captain at both his High school and College teams.  He is a college scholastic All-American, having maintained a GPA higher than 3.5 (3.8) and qualified for the California State Championships.  He has been coaching over the past 23 years.  At Livermore High, he was an assistant coach and then JV coach for 6 years.  He was the head coach at Christensen Middle school for 6 years.  He has been the head coach of his wrestling club for the last 4 years.  He has coached 6 state placers and over a dozen state qualifiers.  Both his boys and girls teams have placed at section tournaments and been league champions.  

Coach Williams’ philosophy in wrestling, is to teach students wrestling in a manner that makes them both better students and prepared for the real world.  At practice he strives for the balance of making practice as hard as it can be, yet still fun.  ALL students, regardless of skill are taught the basics, and practice the basics so a perfect foundation can be formed.  Attention and instruction is given not only to the wrestler who has sight on placing at state, but also the new wrestler who is trying out the sport for the first time.
